Orders and payments

How does ordering a server work?

Pick a model, click "Configure", fill in your billing details and submit a non-binding order. We confirm availability, send a proforma invoice and, once paid, provision the server and hand over the credentials.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. We bill monthly, quarterly or yearly – longer periods come with a discount.

Are prices with or without VAT?

All prices on the website are excluding VAT. New Mind s.r.o. is a VAT payer (VAT ID CZ03579409); 21% VAT is added.

How fast is the server ready?

Virtual servers (VPS) are usually provisioned by the next business day. Dedicated servers are prepared within five business days of payment, depending on the chosen configuration.

Servers and technology

Do I get root access to the server?

Yes. Both dedicated and virtual servers come with full root / administrator access and IPMI/KVM for remote management.

Which operating systems do you support?

Debian, Ubuntu LTS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and Windows Server. You can also use your own image by arrangement.

Can I upgrade later?

With VPS you scale vCPU, RAM and disk without migration. For dedicated servers we prepare a stronger build and migrate data with minimal downtime.

Do I get IPv4 and IPv6?

Yes, one IPv4 address and an IPv6 range are included. Additional IPv4 addresses can be ordered.

Datacenter and SLA

Where do the servers physically run?

In a certified TIER III datacenter in Prague – dual power, N+1 generators, redundant cooling, 24/7 security and DDoS protection.

What uptime do you guarantee?

We guarantee an SLA of 99,9 %. Availability and infrastructure health are monitored around the clock.

What about backups?

Backups are an optional add-on with daily frequency and configurable retention, stored separately from production data.

Support and migration

How fast is support?

Support is available 24/7 by e-mail and phone. Your service is handled by an engineer who knows it.
